Micheal

At 2:30 a.m., Michael decided it was time to audition for Bark Idol at full volume, waking the entire house. Zeenat and I stumbled out of bed, deploying every trick in the book to convince him to move to his actual bed. But Michael, ever the diva, plum refused to budge—he wasn't leaving his stage for anything. Oh and after all that I dropped my glass ashtray smashed in smithereens - I just started to laugh
A good omen at 3 am

At this moment it's all quiet on the western front !

Last evening, I decided to get all fancy and sat down at my "desk"—which, in reality, is an ironing board living its best double life. With a quick adjustment, I dropped it down a notch or two and voilà! My study table was born.

Sure, it may still smell faintly of fabric softener, and if I lean too hard it wobbles like it's trying to escape, but who says multi-functional furniture can't be glamorous? I call it "Ironing Board 2.0: The Executive Edition."

I’m pretty sure I’ve officially earned the title of The Table Lady. I’ve made a dime a dozen tables from leftover planks—each one a masterpiece of questionable stability but undeniable utility. I mean, why stop at one when you can have a whole fleet of mismatched but “charmingly rustic” surfaces?

And of course, with Tarini’s magic tablecloth draped over them, the room transforms into a mystical haven. That tablecloth alone could make a stack of cardboard boxes feel like fine dining—like a spell straight out of Tabletop Hogwarts.
Here is a song to match ..
